It is a 12 Week step-by-step (90 day) comprehensive program designed to support and detox every organ, cell, and tissue in the body naturally with or without supplements.

If you are a hands-on learner and would like to experience how I prepare myself and others for the season, then make sure you get your ticket to our Seasonal Kickstart Workshop.

You will get to look over my shoulder and experience firsthand:

  • How to use Cupping, Gua Sha, Seasonal Zone Balancing, Brain Integration, and Lymph & Sinus drainage techniques to promote healing throughout the season

  • You will experience a daily Power Hour with me. This will help prepare you to be open to receiving and accepting change

  • You will create a personalized seasonal meal plan (3 months). You will learn how to shop for those meals (saving you money), how to meal prep (saving you time), and the best ways to cook (how the body needs the nutrients for that season).

  • I will break down each of the 4 seasons using Chinese & Ayurvedic medicine. I will go even a step further by teaching you how to apply the information for the season to your current lifestyle so that you are not reliant on anyone for your health, including me

  • You will be take through several guided meditation to help you design the health and life you only dream of by create a 3 month NEXT LEVEL Blueprint with goals and rewards so you will leave knowing exactly who you need to BE, so you can DO the things that bring results, and can HAVE what you desire!

  • I will teach you how to muscle test and how to use it to find any food allergy, emotional blocks, organ dysfunction, and any brain pathways disturbances.

  • Not only will you learn how to muscle test but trust your testing and intuition so that you will know how to help yourself and your family.

  • I will teach you how to break down your personal blood work into a seasonal perspective with guided instructions on how to use muscle testing to know which supplements, food, and/or herbs are needed to speed up the healing process.

  • Together we will bust through and replace the beliefs that are keeping you hostage in your body (sick) and feed the beliefs you have so that you can express health again.

With just a few clicks of a button you can:

  • Find seasonal approved recipes with all the required nutrients to support the body

  • Make a personalized seasonal meal plan for 1 week, 2 weeks, or even a month with your favorite foods while excluding those foods you don't like

  • Edit your Seasonal shopping list

  • Remove & exchanging out all allergens and replace them with a healthy equal nutrient alternative

Your body adapts and changes with every season. The demand and requirements of the body and brain change with each season.

  • You need more Cholesterol in the fall and winter than in spring and summer (build up hormone reserves)
  • You see more liver enzymes in the spring and fall (due to the body detoxing)
  • You see more immune markers in the Winter (to fight infections)
  • You see Triglycerides in the winter
  • You see insulin decrease in the spring and summer months

The list goes on and on...

This is why we cannot use the standard ranges we see on blood work as a healthy range.

You need to look at your labs from seasonal "functional ranges" in order to see what is working and what is not working. This will allows us to know what the body needs each season in the form of food, movement, and supplementation.
